For over 35 years I have been supporting individuals and organizations in their efforts to achieve greater equity and social justice in their professional practices and systemic outcomes. Whether it is through keynote speeches, workshops, leadership institutes, or writing, my central guiding passion is to help create schools and communities that serve our children well and strengthen the foundation of pluralistic democracy.

To do this we must create the necessary tone and trust to be able to have real conversations about difficult topics. And we have to develop the will and the skill to move from those conversation to courageous and informed action.
